ha ha    Not Interview as such. ata tu je duplicate topics post keles..that's what is called as moderation.

Actually MK var duplicate topics, kavita chori, posting poems without author name or author unknown is not allowed.  but as community grows such things are bound to happen.  so he prevent karnya sathi ataa pasun ch kahi tari karne yogya ahe asa mala vatta.

we are trying out level best but only 2 persons cant effectively do this. so what we decided is to appoint our few active members as moderators.

You have to choose which section you want to moderate. Eg. प्रेम कविता, विरह कविता etc etc. Its of your choice. you can choose multiple sections too. I suggest you choose the section which you read the most.
we will have 2-4 moderators per section.  so प्रेम कविता will have 2-4 mods and so on.

Below is what a moderator is supposed to do. Its not that hard as you are already doing few points mentioned in it. Read this.

1. If a poem is posted without name of author below, Moderator of that particular section will only edit the post and add “Author Unknown” below it. If they know name of original author then they should post the name below poem.

2. Also a warning should be given to that member in comments of topic and/or by sending PM. We don’t think any author will have objection if his /her poem is posted with his/her name below and hence there is no point in deleting the poem.

3. If a poem E.g.”Prem Kavita” is posted in “Virah Kavita” section then moderator of “Virah kavita” section should move that topic to “Prem kavita” section.

4. Reporting of duplicate topics.

5.A tutorial of how to move topics , edit topics etc. will be provided to them and they can contact us if they face any issues. Its very simple so don't worry about it.

6. As a moderator of MK, they should help promoting MK on full scale.Eg. By posting link of MK on orkut profile and blog-site.
